Xiao You Bing Lao Cai Fang flagship store is a Northeast Chinese dining project with a total area of 1,600㎡. The space positions itself between the familiar, everyday warmth of an old-style neighborhood eatery and the refined quality of a flagship venue — suitable for family gatherings as well as business banquets, reinterpreting a Chinese restaurant interior with a quiet contemporary hand.
The interior builds its wooden base from Pusco Ash Wood’s stable tone and clear, flowing grain, extended across walls and key visual nodes; Woven Fabric Texture lays a light grey, regularly lined background whose soft tactile quality moderates the coldness of straight structural lines. Wood’s firmness and fabric’s softness, heavier and lighter tones, stand in contrast. Hollow screens, warm yellow lighting, and a dark wall bearing the "Chinese Cuisine" sign organize a dining field that is both tranquil and humane.
LANSEN Pusco Ash Wood M1116-1 is applied to walls and key visual nodes, its natural, warm character injecting a calm and reliable temperament that avoids industrial stereotype. Woven Fabric Texture B7041-1 is similarly used on wall surfaces, where orderly lines and breathable matte feel bring people closer to the space. The two finishes — one soft, one hard — work in concert so that the 1,600㎡ restaurant gains unified material language with both openness and privacy, supporting the brand narrative of "a poetic gathering of everyday flavors."
The project adopts two LANSEN finishes — Pusco Ash Wood M1116-1 and Woven Fabric Texture B7041-1 — both on wall panels. Pusco Ash Wood shows fluent, alternately dense and sparse grain in a stable tone, its naturally extended texture giving each detail uniqueness and echoing the heritage and trust of an old-style eatery. Woven Fabric Texture presents a light elegant grey with regular vertical-horizontal lines and a matte, soft-touch surface, laying a quiet and inclusive ground. Wood and fabric surfaces coexist within the wall system, balancing firmness and softness, and producing a restaurant interior that carries everyday warmth without losing poetic restraint.
