Chaoyang ONE is a luxury residential show suite and sales gallery where materials are treated as "silent narrators" of a curated sensory journey rather than decorative afterthoughts. Stone-effect finishes act as the visual backbone, intended to fuse artistic presence with a sense of lived-in belonging, so that visitors feel quietly received upon entry.
The material narrative centers on LANSEN COLOR stone-effect panels—a grey-white landscape marble vein pattern and an off-white ground with delicate grey filament tracery—extensively clad on primary feature walls. Both patterns faithfully replicate the random yet directional flow of natural marble. Dark timber veneer and black metal bases provide warm–cool, light–dark contrast that tempers stone's austerity and introduces residential warmth. Here, stone is not a cold backdrop but an active participant in spatial atmosphere.
LANSEN COLOR stone-effect panels (including digitally printed SKUs for large-format continuity) are installed on show gallery and model unit feature walls. Digital printing solves the batch-variation, veining unpredictability, and supply limitations of natural slab marble—ensuring visual purity across expansive surfaces. The cladding offers faster installation and improved sustainability metrics versus quarried stone. Working in dialogue with dark wood accents, the stone-finish system delivers a serene, prestigious, low-maintenance interior suitable for premium real estate presentation—a signature LANSEN COLOR material-scenography application for residential display spaces.
This project uses the LANSEN COLOR decorative surfacing system in two stone-effect patterns: grey-white landscape marble vein and off-white with grey filament texture (digital print stone series). Both are applied to full-height feature walls and display surfaces, authentically mimicking natural marble's depth and directional flow—the landscape vein establishing spatial gravitas, the filament texture softening stone's coolness. Dark timber elements are interspersed to balance temperature and tone. Digital printing guarantees pattern continuity and color uniformity across large panels, with easier handling and lower environmental impact than natural stone. The result is a pure, sophisticated, maintainable stone-finish interior solution for high-end residential marketing spaces.
