Project Overview

Jing Xiaoxi Esports is a professional esports space project with a 1,200㎡ floor area, positioned as a comprehensive social venue merging technology, experience, and emotion rather than a single-function gaming room. Oriented around "calm yet passionate, relaxed yet tense," the interior uses material pairing and integrated wall-door-cabinet design to build an immersive environment with both functional zoning and aesthetic order.

The color scheme is grounded in deep grey-toned wood grain: Jiya Washed Oak M1145-2 carries delicate flowing natural grain that injects quiet warmth, while PVC-D4033-1 red-brown appears at key nodes with a saturated dark red-brown temperature. Wood's warm texture moderates the coldness of electronic gear; the red-brown's stable intensity reinforces dynamism. Material and color transitions naturally shape functional zones such as active gaming area and relaxed lounge, keeping stylistic coherence under one design language.

LANSEN Jiya Washed Oak M1145-2 and PVC-D4033-1 are applied to walls and ceilings. The former spreads extensively across the wall-door-cabinet system; the latter concentrates on front desk, display walls, and booth partitions. ML1 substrate supports integrated wall-door-cabinet delivery — washed oak's grey wood grain acts as a "breathing point" in the tech scene, while red-brown surfaces link brand identity and competitive mood, giving the 1,200㎡ space wholeness and orientation under high-frequency operation.

Material Application

The project adopts LANSEN ML Series – ML1 substrate with two finishes: Jiya Washed Oak M1145-2 and PVC-D4033-1, applied to wall panels and ceilings. Jiya Washed Oak sets a deep grey tone engraved with flowing natural grain, extensively used across wall-door-cabinet surfaces to moderate equipment coldness and offer visual relief. PVC-D4033-1 presents a saturated dark red-brown texture, deployed at front desk, display walls and booth partitions as a visual symbol linking circulation and brand expression. One cool one warm, one grey one red, the two finishes collaborate under the integrated wall-door-cabinet scheme to produce an esports interior material effect that communicates "competitive yet composed."
