Dayue Center is a contemporary office interior whose core design intent is to evoke a "quiet gravitational pull" the moment one enters. Rather than relying on decorative motifs, the space is defined by material authenticity—light modulated by dark timber and cool stone becomes gentle and layered, transforming the workplace from a mere efficiency machine into a setting conducive to focus and composure.
The material narrative pairs "the depth of Walnut" with "the lightness of Semi-mountain Ash." LANSEN COLOR Walnut panels—in deep brown-black with rich grain suggestive of aged amber—clad perimeter walls, built-in storage, and door casings. Their fine, absorbent-looking texture visually quiets the space, filtering urban bustle into stillness. Semi-mountain Ash, with clearer, softer pale wood grain reminiscent of distant mountain contours in light ink wash, is used on feature partitions and trim—acting as spatial "white space" that lifts brightness and prevents heaviness, introducing a breathable rhythm. Enclosed meeting or executive rooms are wrapped in Walnut for a sense of containment and prestige; open collaborative zones are brightened by Ash accents.
LANSEN COLOR decorative panels run through all office zones on walls, casework, and architraves. Walnut flows continuously from wainscot to custom elements; Ash appears strategically as a counterpoint. This project uses the LANSEN COLOR decorative surfacing system in two patterns: Walnut Wood Grain and Semi-mountain Ash (light wood grain). The Walnut finish—deep brown-black with varied natural grain—is applied across walls, built-in cabinets, and door frames to establish a grounded, calming spatial基调 with a visually sound-absorbing quality. Semi-mountain Ash, in pale warm tone with soft, legible grain, is installed on feature partitions and accent trim to brighten the interior and create visual cadence.
