It offers maximum dimensions of 2470×1220 mm or 3060×1220 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 5 mm (for furniture) to 8/12 mm (for wall panels and flooring). Featuring a density of ≥830 kg/m³ and a 24-hour water absorption swelling rate of ≤8% (far exceeding the national standard of ≤18%), it boasts prominent moisture and mold resistance, with superior stability compared to standard MDF.
Meeting the ≤E1 formaldehyde emission standard, it is compatible with all LANSEN finishing layers. It supports seamless tongue-and-groove jointing along the long edge, CNC machining, commercial furniture fabrication, and curved shaping.
