LANSEN Multi-Layer Plywood is engineered by gluing and hot-pressing seven or more layers of wood veneers. It features maximum dimensions of 2440×1220 mm or 3050×1220 mm, with thicknesses of 9/12 mm (for wall panels) and 15/18/25 mm (for furniture). It has a density of 500–600 kg/m³, an E1 formaldehyde emission rating, and a Class 2 immersion stripping strength. Characterized by minimal deformation and zero warping, it delivers excellent cross-grain tensile strength, outperforming standard MDF. With prominent moisture and impact resistance, it stands as one of the most stable timber-based substrates available.
Comprising an impregnated decorative paper overlay, a plywood core, and a moisture-proof balancing backer, the board supports tongue-and-groove jointing, CNC machining, and commercial furniture fabrication. It is compatible with finishing options like SA, wood veneer, and PVC/PP. Crafted specifically for high-end commercial spaces with demanding performance requirements, it is a premier substrate that balances premium texture with structural stability (not recommended for high-gloss or piano lacquer finishes).
