Project Introduction

The project is a high-end Shandong cuisine restaurant in Tianjin, totaling approximately 3,500 sqm. Rooted in the philosophy of "Neo-Chinese aesthetics meeting traditional Shandong culinary culture," the design establishes a ceremonial yet relaxed dining atmosphere—elevating business banquets while softening the formality of social occasions through warm material expression.

A warm brown palette anchors the space. In the lobby, natural light grazes the woven wood surface, creating diffuse reflection that radiates elegance and composure. Corridors layer the warm timber grain of wall panels against the cool black marble floor, mirrored ceiling and crisp black-textured walls—multiple textures colliding yet resolving into balance. Curved private dining rooms break the rigidity of orthogonal空间, with wall panels conforming to fluid arcs that lend the architecture a sense of flowing water and organic movement.

M1075-1 Woven Wood panels are delivered through the ML Series substrate across walls, doors and millwork, achieving unified door-wall-cabinet integration. The warm brown grain echoes the rustic authenticity of Shandong cuisine culture; the matte, finely textured surface reads as tactile warmth under lighting. Together with deep-green seating, pale-green wall art and stone-pattern tabletops, it forms a "landscape scroll" Neo-Chinese color scheme that supports both cultural depth and spatial refinement.

The finish presents a warm brown tone with delicately interwoven grain resembling textile texture, belonging to a low-saturation natural wood family with a subdued, restrained sheen. Across large wall planes, the wood grain produces soft, diffuse reflections that impart a calm, hospitable character. It forms a material counterpoint—warm/cool, light/heavy, solid/void—against black marble, mirrored ceilings and dark feature walls, cultivating a tranquil, Zen-inflected Eastern atmosphere without sacrificing sophistication.
