Solid Core Wall Panel

LANSEN Hollow SPC Board features a WPC hollow core bonded with German-imported PUR adhesives and a PVC decorative layer. It meets the E0 formaldehyde emission standard, ensuring a green and odorless product. Available in widths of 400/600 mm, heights of 2600/2800/3000 mm, and a finished thickness of 8 mm, it exhibits a water absorption swelling rate of ≤2%, providing excellent waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities. It achieves a Class B1 flame retardant rating, offering superior impact resistance and structural stability compared to WPC boards.

Produced via extrusion molding and compatible with PVC/PP wrapping finishes, it is designed for fast-track projects such as new hotel builds, hotel renovations, apartments, and retail stores. Thanks to its moisture-proof, insect-resistant properties and flat surface, it serves as an economical substrate that balances performance with cost-efficiency, making it particularly ideal for environments that demand high humidity resistance and rapid installation.
