Jin Yuhui is a fine-dining restaurant project in Tianjin with a 2,000㎡ floor area. Positioned to introduce rustic Zen into a modern light-luxury base, the interior lets the wall material itself speak instead of stacking motifs, so dishes and vessels gain higher quality against wood grain and art-paint surfaces, shaping a dining place for quiet enjoyment.
Natural Black Walnut grain acts as the main visual wall, with 3-meter full-height seamless boards running continuously, the grain winding like ink traces over landscape. The opposite wall is laid with Malayan Paint SM-G6035E-3 — a matte surface glowing like silk, with faint lines appearing and disappearing. Walnut wall and deep green marble set a cool-warm dialogue; wood warmth moderates stone coldness. Light grey seats, warm light strips and circular skylight natural light fall in order; the material composition reads as "firm and soft, wood against stone," calm and layered.
LANSEN ML Series – ML1 substrate supports wall-panel execution. Natural Black Walnut M1078-2 lands on main walls and private-room backdrops, its deep grain absorbing light and acting as visual anchor; Malayan Paint SM-G6035E-3 covers opposite walls and public transitions, scattering micro light and reading warm on close touch. The two finishes spread continuously across 2,000㎡ with same-tone detailing hiding joints, giving the high-end dining space wholeness and orientation between wood sedimentation and paint breath.
The project adopts LANSEN ML Series – ML1 substrate with two finishes — Natural Black Walnut M1078-2 and Malayan Paint SM-G6035E-3 — applied to wall panels. Natural Black Walnut M1078-2 shows deep brown grain winding like ink landscape, full-height seamless, its warm thick texture moderating stone coldness. Malayan Paint SM-G6035E-3 is a matte art-paint surface, cool from afar and warm up close, with silk soft-light under grazing light and layered dark-light strokes. Wood and paint, one firm one soft, weave light-shadow under warm lighting, producing a restaurant wall effect where "walnut anchors, malayan paint breathes," fit for long-hour operation and brand recognition.
