Project Introduction

The project is Ninghe Baiyun Hotel in Tianjin, totaling approximately 10,000 sqm. Guided by the poetic concept of "Cloud-Crossing Realm, Restful Isle," natural warmth is woven into the hotel's spatial fabric, transforming wood-grain panels from background decoration into "space artists endowed with life" that quietly reshape the hospitality atmosphere.

Entering the lobby, warm wood-grain panels stand at the reception backdrop, embedding earth texture into the bones of modern architecture and quietly dissolving the hard narrative of cold stone. On a light cream base, slender yet vigorous wood-grain lines arrange like piano strings; deep and shallow tones interweave like breathing forest light, concealing life's randomness within order. From lobby to corridors, private rooms and guest rooms, the wood grain links every major through same-tone integrated design, growing a reassuring energy within a modern minimalist linear.

M1084-1 and M1332-1 are delivered on the ML Series substrate across wall panels and commercial millwork. Vertical grain imparts upward growth, visually stretching ceiling height; the light cream base becomes a canvas for light, its surface rippling gently with morning and dusk. Partitions, bookshelves, guest room walls and cabinets demonstrate refined material control—wood grain cuts space with vertical lines, preserving natural timber脉络 while composing spatial rhythm through orderly geometric sequences, delivering a residential experience where "luxury possesses a tangible sense of breath."

The specification centers on M1084-1 Torcotta Oak and M1332-1 Grey Tech Wood finishes on the ML Series (ML1) substrate, deployed across wall panels and commercial millwork.

Torcotta Oak presents a light cream tone with slender, vigorous grain lines arranged like piano strings; deep and shallow interweaving evokes the breathing rhythm of forest light, providing a warm, composed main tone. Grey Tech Wood echoes the oak's natural grain with a more contemporary tech-wood texture; together, within the light cream family, they form a "natural wood–tech wood" tactile dialogue that enriches spatial layering without breaking visual unity.

Both finishes are output as a same-tone integrated system on the ML Series substrate, covering lobby feature walls, corridor panels, private dining rooms, guest room walls and cabinetry, and public partitions and bookshelves.
