Baoxuan Hotel is a hospitality project balancing business and leisure functions, located in the Olympic Center core area of Tianjin Hexi District, with a total floor area of 6,000㎡ covering guest rooms, lobby, meeting room and parking. The space is positioned around "warmth, ease and quiet comfort," pursuing a home-returning sense of inclusion rather than decorative luxury.
The design takes a simple modern approach: in the lobby, polished marble floors meet Ebini Larch Wood grain walls, where the wood’s balanced density and restrained tone soften the hard coldness of stone. Guest rooms apply large-surface wood-grain cladding with herringbone light-brown flooring and soft brown-grey-green palettes, keeping lines clean and openings calm. Material composition sets warm embossed wood texture against stone, geometric tiles and minimal wall art, producing a spacious yet quiet rhythm.
LANSEN Ebini Larch Wood M1180-1 on carbon-core substrate is applied to walls, doors and commercial fittings (cabinets etc.). Same-pattern continuity across wall-door-cabinet achieves multi-component integration. Steel-plate embossing process adds tactile warmth beyond vision. The wood grain extends through lobby, corridors and rooms, unifying visual language, reducing joint fragmentation, and giving the 6,000㎡ plan coherence and orientation under high-frequency hotel use.
The project adopts LANSEN Ebini Larch Wood M1180-1 finish on carbon-core substrate, applied to wall panels, doors and commercial fittings. The pattern shows alternately dense and sparse grain with a stable, solemn tone and restrained natural luster. The carbon-core board paired with steel-plate embossing delivers both visual wood grain and fingertip-warm texture. Same finish across walls, doors and cabinets ensures integrated delivery in lobby, guest rooms and public corridors, softening stone surfaces, strengthening spatial wholeness and belonging, and fitting the high-cycle operation and prefabricated commercial fit-out needs of hotel interiors.
