Project Introduction

The project is a Xiangjian Haowan restaurant in Beijing totaling approximately 2,000 sqm. Under the narrative "Jianghuai, Elegant Beijing," the design fuses the culinary cultures of Hunan and Anhui with a refined Beijing lifestyle, employing a restrained, grounded material language to construct a comfortable dining environment with modern Eastern resonance.

Dark stone grain serves as the unifying. Vermont Layered Stone walls enclose semi-open dining areas, ensuring privacy and territorial definition without the oppression of full enclosure—creating a "partitioned yet continuous" spatial flow. The austere grey and deep ink-black tones unfold infinite layered variations under light; the stone's natural fissures and mottled grain impart an uncarved primal force, establishing a grounded, profound spatial base.

S2051-13 serves as the primary wall finish. Its deep stone-grain backdrop acts like a refined stage curtain, perfectly setting off the warmth of wine-red seating—vivid colors appearing purer and fuller against the dark. Vigorous metallic sheen and rugged stone texture achieve a balance, elevating spatial refinement. The stone walls invite diners to a quiet mind, leaving poetic imaginative space between Hunan's charm and Anhui's mood—a material bridge connecting earth and cuisine, highlighting both dishes and sentiment.
