The project is the Taichi Burger flagship restaurant in Changsha, totaling approximately 1,000 sqm in the Guojin Street commercial district. Designed around the narrative of "Eastern aesthetics meets Western dining," the space uses a singular pink hue to construct a highly recognizable brand environment.
The entrance features a pink corridor with Chinese-style lattice windows and bamboo silhouettes, establishing a poetic transition. Inside, the program is zoned into communal long tables, couple booths, solo seating and a tea bar—each scenario animated by the same flowing pink. Light Fruit Pink walls contrast with high-contrast black linear details and cinnabar red accents, forming a restrained pink-ink-red triad that is vivid yet controlled, echoing the brand ethos of "different worlds, same happiness."
Material application centers on PVC-4075-4 panels delivered through the ML Series substrate across walls, doors and millwork. The matte pink finish presents a soft, non-fluorescent warmth under restaurant lighting, supporting the Guochao-inflected, lightly luxury positioning. Systematic color control ensures visual continuity across all dining zones while meeting the cleanability and maintenance demands of high-traffic F&B operations.
The specification is anchored by PVC-4075-4 Light Fruit Pink on the ML Series (ML1) substrate, deployed across walls, door leaves and custom cabinetry.
The finish delivers a soft, low-saturation warm pink with a refined matte surface. Under restaurant lighting, it reads delicate and non-glaring—avoiding the harshness of high-chroma fluorescent pinks. Expansive pink wall planes set against bold black linear framing, punctuated by cinnabar red accents, create a fashionable yet culturally resonant palette.
The ML Series substrate enables unified finish output across walls, doors and cabinets, eliminating color variation between these three major interfaces throughout 1,000 sqm. The PVC surface offers strong stain resistance and easy cleaning, well suited to the frequent wiping routines of restaurant environments. Modular fabrication further supports standardized brand-store construction and efficient future refreshes, allowing the material color itself to carry the "Guochao" brand expression.
