LANSEN Solid WPC Board utilizes eco-friendly raw materials, including plant fiber powder, natural wheat straw, and wood shavings, bonded with PUR adhesives imported from Germany. It achieves an E0 formaldehyde emission rating, making it environmentally friendly and odorless. The board comes in a width of 1220 mm, heights of 2600/2800/3000 mm, and thicknesses of 5/8 mm, with a density range of 600–800 kg/m³ (700 kg/m³ being the primary recommendation). It features a Class B2 flame retardant rating, excellent waterproof and insect-resistant properties, and outstanding dimensional stability.
Produced through an extrusion molding process, it is compatible with various facing materials such as PET and aluminum foils (back-grooving is required for curved shaping). Specially engineered for projects with tight construction schedules—such as new hotel builds, hotel renovations, retail stores, and office buildings—it provides a rapid-turnaround solution that balances waterproofing, stability, and installation efficiency.
