LANSEN OSB is engineered from natural pine strands bonded with MDI resin under heat and pressure. It meets the rigorous E0 formaldehyde emission standard, providing an eco-friendly and odorless solution. Featuring maximum dimensions of 2440×1220 mm or 3050×1220 mm, it is available in thicknesses of 18 mm (for furniture) and 12 mm (for wall panels), with a density of ≥630 kg/m³ and a water absorption swelling rate of ≤13% (superior to the national standard of ≤18%), ensuring solid moisture resistance.
Compared to traditional particleboards, OSB offers a more stable physical structure and superior uniformity. It is highly durable, resistant to warping, possesses exceptional screw-holding strength, and is highly machinable, delivering performance comparable to multi-layer plywood. Compatible with the entire range of LANSEN finishes, the 18 mm variant supports CNC machining and commercial furniture production, while the 12 mm version can be grooved and installed directly without substrate priming. It is specifically designed for furniture projects requiring premium component quality, serving as a highly cost-effective substrate choice.
