LANSEN Particleboard is produced by refining small-diameter logs and wood residues into chips, blending them with adhesives and hardeners, and hot-pressing the mixture. It stands as one of the most budget-friendly substrates for furniture applications. It features maximum dimensions of 2440×1220 mm or 3050×1220 mm, with finished thicknesses of 18 mm (for wall panels/furniture) and 25 mm (for furniture). It offers a density of ≥630 kg/m³, hits the E0 formaldehyde rating, and has a water absorption swelling rate of ≤8% (superior to the national standard of ≤18%), ensuring good moisture resistance.
The board boasts excellent machinability and robust screw-holding capacity. While it cannot be grooved, it pairs perfectly with matching color edge banding. It is compatible with nearly all LANSEN finishes—excluding piano lacquer and titanium crystal surfaces—and supports SA, PVC/PP, and PET overlays. Suitable for component processing, CNC machining, and commercial furniture fabrication, it is an economical choice specifically developed for budget-conscious furniture projects, blending low cost with day-to-day practicality.
