Fire-resistant Wall Panel

LANSEN High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is manufactured by fusing imported kraft paper and impregnated paper under high temperature and pressure. With maximum dimensions of 2440×1220 mm or 3050×1220 mm, it comes in finished thicknesses of 0.35–1 mm and a density of ≥1300 kg/m³. It achieves a Class B1 flame retardant rating, an ≤E1 formaldehyde level, and a water absorption swelling rate of ≤3% (significantly outperforming the national standard of ≤18%), offering outstanding moisture and wear resistance.

Slim and flexible, this material cannot be grooved but is post-formable/bendable. It is compatible with the GX series texture steel plate finishing process and can replicate all LANSEN decors. Tailored for commercial spaces, it excels in custom-shaped walls, curved designs, and on-site overlaying applications. It is an ideal surfacing material that combines fire protection with design flexibility, widely used for curved walls, column wrapping, and other complex architectural shapes.
